The Carian script, an ancient writing system primarily utilized by the Carian people, was predominantly in use in Anatolia and on Aegean islands such as Rhodes, during roughly the 7th to 1th centuries BCE. The Unicode Standard has encoded the Carian script, enabling support across various computers and operating systems. To date, there is no specific individual credited with the invention of the Carian script.
