User’s access to and use of the Localizely website and services (collectively referred to as the “Service”) is conditioned on User’s acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We may change, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time, which shall become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms prior to each use of the Service, and by continuing to use the Service, you agree to any changes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the Localizely website are the intellectual property of Localizely and are protected by law. Copying or using any of these elements is not allowed unless permitted by Localizely.

USER CONTENT

User retains all rights to User content and We do not own or license User content. Each User is fully responsible for the content they produce, and We do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of that content. We may use, modify, reproduce, and distribute User content in order to provide and operate the Service.

User is responsible for providing accurate information about themselves, including their country of residence.

PAYMENT TERMS

Serbian residents should not pay via PayPal, instead, please contact us. If this rule is violated, the User takes full responsibility, and We will not be liable.

REFUND POLICY

All subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, preventing future charges.

To request a refund, please contact us with your account details and reason for the request. Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the charge date to be considered.

If a refund is approved, it is limited to a maximum of one (1) billing cycle. We are not obligated to refund more than one billing cycle under any circumstances.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

We encourage you to invite other users via our Referral program and earn credits. However, We retain all rights to detect suspicious referral program usage, manually review it, and potentially disable referral credits for such Users.

DISCLAIMER

You use the Service at your own risk. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that any information provided by Us is accurate, complete, or useful, that the Service will be operational, error-free, secure, or safe, or that the Service will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections. We are not responsible for the actions or information of Our Users. User is solely responsible for any damage User may suffer resulting from the use of the Service.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Localizely will not be liable to you for any lost profits or consequential, special, punitive, indirect, or incidental damages relating to, arising out of, or in any way in connection with these Terms, Us, or the Service. The foregoing disclaimer of certain damages and limitation of liability will apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

TERMINATION

User may close their account at any time by going to account settings and deleting it permanently.

We may, at Our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, terminate the Service, terminate this Agreement, or suspend any User from using the Service.
