The Jurchen script, developed during the Jin Dynasty (12th-13th centuries), was used to write the Jurchen language in what is now Northeast China. Originating from the Khitan script, it primarily served the Jurchen people and their culture. Though not widely supported on modern computer systems, specialized software and fonts can enable its display. The exact creator remains unknown.
